What documents do I need to provide for registration?

You need to provide copy or scan of your passport or business license to us.

How do I send inventory to you? Can you pick up my inventory?

You can send your goods to 4PX any branch or distribution center by yourself. Details of 4PX branch or distribution center, pls refer to: http://express.4px.com/html_new/contact1.htm

Is there anything I need to be aware of before my shipping to 4PX?

1、Create and print the inbound forecast before dispatching

2、Before inbound, each single product should has its own barcode.

3、the details below must be clearly marked outside the master cartons:
A. Customer ID for E- Order
B. For which Warehouse, e.g. TO "SHENZHEN WAREHOUSE"OR "US WAREHOUSE"
C. Carton no, if you have total 3 cartons, then should be marked as 1/3 、 2/3 、 3/3 ；
D. the inbound forecast should be put into the first carton marked as 1/3

Who is responsible to print barcode?

You are responsible to print product barcode. If you need 4PX warehouse to print for you, 4PX will charge USD0.02/piece.

How do I create product NO.?

You can choose any product NO. at your convenience. Any number and letter, but not more than 10 characters.

How do you charge me?

We will only charge you three parts: Inventory fees+Operating fees+Delivery fees.

Can I calculate my shipping fees on your web?

You can access to 4PX XMS or WMS system as your business type for accurate shipping fee calculation.

How do I pay for the shipping fees?

Our company set up the company bank account at one of the world's leading bank in Hong Kong, which can receive our customers' payments conveniently and swiftly. And most of our customers can pay to our bank account from many banks in their countries easily.

We also accept all kinds of payment term from Clients, like paypal.

What currency do you accept?

Currently, 4PX accept RMB, USD and HK dollar. Please check the exchange rate on 4PX web.

Can I get my bills?

Yes, you can check your bills between 4th -6th every month in WMS system. 4PX can provide invoice as required.

Can I send my inventory to your oversea warehouse directly by myself?

No, 4PX will arrange the linehaul to oversea warehouses.

How long does it take to reach oversea warehouse?

After the inventory was delivered, usually OBC (ON BOARD COURIER) takes 2-3 working days, HongKong D takes 3-5working days, EMS takes 7-10working days to 4PX oversea warehouse.

How long will 4PX process my orders?

4PX will handle with your orders within 24hours after the orders are released in system.

How can I check the status of my delivery?

What are Prohibited/Restricted Items to deliver?

The following commodity are prohibited: Toxic/infectious substances, liquids, arms, chemical meterials, dangerous goods, cigarette, alcohol, cash, securities , pirate goods and all prohibited goodsby IATA (International Air Transport Association).
